This recipe is similar to veggie pizza but in spread form! This recipe is gluten, dairy and egg free. It is very simple and quick to make.
Ingredients
8oz Kite Hill Chive Cream Cheese
1/3 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
1/2 cup diced carrots
Directions
Wash and dry vegetables.
In a medium bowl add cream cheese.
Chop 1/2 cup broccoli and 1/2 cup carrots. Dice 1/3 cup tomatoes and pat dry with paper towel.
Fold in the vegetables until fully combined with the cream cheese.
Put the vegetable spread into the bowl in which you will be serving it out of. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
Serve with favorite gluten free crackers.
