Garlic Butter Shrimp

This recipe could be used as an appetizer or a main dish. It is simple and easy to do.

Prep Time 10 minutes

Cook Time 10 minutes


Ingredients

16oz Unthawed Raw Jumbo Shrimp (tail on, peeled and deveined)

2 tbsp butter (room temperature)

1 tbsp garlic oil

1/2 tbsp parsley

1/2 tsp paprika


Directions

1) Rinse unthawed shrimp under cold water. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels or cheese cloth.


2) In a medium bowl add shrimp, butter, garlic oil, parsley, paprika. Mix well until the shrimp are all fully coated with ingredients.

3) Preheat a large pan on medium-high. Do not add shrimp until the pan is heated up.


4) place shrimp in the pan so they are all laying flat on one side.


5) Cook for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes. If it seem like the butter is burning on the shrimp turn down your heat.


6) Toss around in butter mixture in the pan before serving.


7) Enjoy!
