Gluten free and Dairy free Breakfast Sandwiches

Perfect meal prep for breakfast.

You guys I LOVE breakfast food. I am the type of person who eats breakfast at anytime of the day. These sandwiches are even great to freeze until you are ready to use. Not to mention they are gluten free and dairy free! Say whatttt!


Heat oven to 400°F


How to do it:

Biscuits: *2 cups GF Bisquick * 1/3 vegetable oil * 2/3 cup water *3 eggs *1/2 cup Go Veggie Shredded Cheddar *1/4 tsp salt *1/4 tsp Italian seasoning *mix well * divide the mix into 8 drops on non stick baking sheet (they might seem big but will be perfect size for the sandwich) *bake for 18-20 minutes

Eggs: *fry 8 eggs for the sandwich while biscuits are baking

Build your sandwich: *cut in half (once the biscuits are fully cooled) *add egg * add 2 slices of smoked honey turkey *add once slice of Daiya cheddar style slices *microwave for 1 minute to melt "cheese"


I always wrap extra sandwiches in plastic wrap and freeze. When you think are will want the frozen sandwiches fo breakfast let it thaw out in your fridge over night first.
