This is a gluten-free and dairy free hotdish. A simple dish for those picky eaters in your life.

Prep time 10 minutes

Cook time 20 minutes

Total time 30 minutes

Serves 4-6 people

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

12 oz gluten-free elbow noodles (1box)

1 19oz can of Progresso gluten-free tomato basil soup

1 cup chopped tomato

6 large fresh basil leaves (chopped)

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

1/2 tbsp canola oil

1 tbsp corn strach

Directions

In a large pot cook elbow noodles by the directions on the box.

Once the noodles are cooked, drain the water and put noodles back in large pot.

While your noodles are cooking get a large pan to fry up your ground beef. Add seasoning to ground beef if desired.

In a medium bowl whisk together tomato soup, chopped tomato, black pepper, salt, canola oil, corn starch and basil leaves.

Once your beef is browned, drain the grease, put back on medium-high heat and add in tomato soup mixture.

Bring the beef soup mixture to a boil. Stir often so it doesn't burn.

Once the beef soup mixture has thickened, add it to the noodles in the large pot.

Mix well and enjoy!
