This is an easy 5 ingredient no bake recipe that anyone can make. These chocolate peanut butter bars have a soft butter like texture. It was fun to make these bars with my son. This recipe is gluten, dairy and egg free.

Ingredients
1 bag Enjoy Life Mini Chocolate Chips
2 cups Bobs Red Mill gluten free old-fashioned rolled oats
5 tablespoons coconut flakes
1/2 cup maple syrup
3 cups natural peanut butter
Directions
Combine oats and coconut flakes in blender. Blend together until you get a fine powder.
In a microwave safe bowl soften 1 cup peanut butter in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Add softened peanut butter to fine oat powder along with 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup maple syrup. I use my hands to create a compacted dough.
Add oat peanut butter dough to 9x13 inch baking pan. Pat down to evenly cover the bottom of the pan.
In a microwave safe bowl combine 2 cups peanut butter, the rest of bag of chocolate chips. Melt for 30 seconds at a time and stir in between until mixture is fully melted and mixed. This should only take 1 1/2 minutes.
Pour over top oat peanut butter dough and evenly spread.
Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Keep refrigerated and do not put on the counter. This is meant to be a chilled dessert.
Enjoy!
